Inkle Founders, L to R, Anand Krishna, Ranvir Singh

“Ranvir and I are delighted to announce Inkle’s first acquisition,” said Anand Krishna, co-founder and CEO of Inkle. “Inkle is an American company that serves American small businesses, and it’s built in Bengaluru. That combination is our edge: U.S. CPAs who own the outcome, and an engineering team in India building the software and AI that let them serve far more businesses, far better, than a traditional firm. We’re building the AI-powered Big Four, and this acquisition helps us take that to the businesses that make up most of the American economy.”

Leadrat Acquires Calllive.ai to Transform Real Estate CRM into an AI-Powered Sales Platform

Leadrat, the end-to-end real estate CRM, automation and intelligence platform, has announced the acquisition of Calllive.ai, an AI voice agent platform. The acquisition lets Leadrat’s customers deploy AI agents that make and receive real phone calls, qualify leads, book site visits and update the CRM automatically, in Hinglish and multiple Indian languages.

Himanshu Kumar, Founder & CEO, Leadrat, said: “For years, CRMs have told salespeople whom to call, when to follow up and what to do next. But the responsibility for execution has always remained entirely with humans. We believe the next generation of CRM will not just recommend actions. It will take actions. With Calllive.ai, our ambition is to ensure every new lead is contacted within 24 seconds of an enquiry, regardless of the time of day or the volume of leads coming in. Because in real estate, every second of delay can mean a lost opportunity.

“Our vision is simple: no enquiry should go unanswered, no customer conversation should be forgotten, and no sales opportunity should be lost because someone was too busy to follow up. This is not about replacing real estate agents. It is about giving every agent an AI-powered teammate that works around the clock, understands customer intent and helps them close more business.

Pintu Singha, Founder & CEO, Calllive.ai, said: “We’re not trying to build a bot that can speak. We’re trying to build an AI that can have a conversation. Joining Leadrat gives that ambition for the reach and the real estate data to matter at scale, and the bigger shift is what happens after the call. Today businesses lose most of what customers tell them. We are building a system of intelligence that listens to every conversation, understands it, and turns it into action.”

OpenMetal Acquires Economize, Launches Labs to Help Businesses Optimize Their Cloud & AI Infrastructure

OpenMetal announced it has acquired Economize, a cloud cost management platform for engineering, finance, and FinOps teams. Together, the companies give customers one provider for understanding their cloud spend, deciding what should run where, and keeping it optimized. The acquisition also launches OpenMetal Labs, a new offering that builds custom infrastructure and cost solutions for unique business needs.

Economize OpenMetal Wide

“Companies running infrastructure-heavy businesses have needed a FinOps tool and an infrastructure vendor that understands their cost structure, and rarely got both from the same place,” said Todd Robinson, Co-Founder and President of OpenMetal. “Bringing Economize and OpenMetal together closes that gap because it’s a full suite from one directly accountable provider. And because we’re paying attention to what our customers need day to day, we can keep tailoring our offerings to match, instead of asking them to fit into a fixed product.”

“We started Economize with a mission to give teams transparency into their public cloud spend. Together with OpenMetal, we can now help companies act on those insights, building the right mix of public and private cloud for their workloads and balancing cost and performance as they scale,” said Anirudh Murali, Co-Founder and CEO of Economize.
